The COO network is chaired by Graham Trill of Royal London. The next meeting will be on 22 November, with an agenda including social media, the RDR and regulatory business planning.
The latest meeting was held on 11 May 2011, at the offices of Oddfellows in Manchester. Topics discussed included information security, tracing lost policies, with-profits and regulatory issues.
Previously the network met at the offices of Royal London in Cheshire on 10 November 2010. There was an excellent turnout for the meeting and significant and productive discussions on issues including:
