AFM’s Marketing Forum brings together Members interested in exploring areas of common interest in relation to the promotion of the financial Mutuals sector.


Please note that, due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, all AFM physical events have been cancelled to the end of 2020. 

In the meantime, we are planning a virtual alternative to the Marketing Forum originally scheduled for 17 September and will provide further details on this soon.

The first meeting of the Forum, held on Wednesday 5 September 2018, was well attended, with representatives of 27 member organisations. The day provided an opportunity for delegates to explore customer centric marketing, improving communication with older and elderly clients, and effective use of digital marketing techniques.
